Boston West introduces traditional Sunday Roast

Following the launch of the Sunday Carvery at the start of August, bosses at Boston West have hailed the weekly event a huge success.

The traditional Sunday Roast was introduced at the populuar golf course at the beginning of August, for just £5, and, following its superb response, the directors have decided to continue with the function on a weekly basis.

General Manager, Aaron Spencer, said: “We were rather sceptical of the response we would recieve following the initial launch, but were astounded that within 4 hours, we had sold out of all meats and vegetables, with nothing left in the kitchens. It is a fantastic sight to see so many people enjoy themselves over traditional Sunday lunches.”

Co-Director, Paul Wilkinson, continued: “We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and welfare of our guests whilst maintaining the regulations set by the Government in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. These include the introduction of our Track and Trace facility, thanks to our friends at SmartHealth, restrictions on the number of diners attending at any one time, increased cleaning regiemes, and extra hand sanitisation units.”

Whilst booking isn’t necessary for Sunday Lunches, due to the high demand and response from residents of Boston, it is highly recommended.
