We want to make your next visit to Away Resorts just right and to reassure you that your safety and well-being is our top priority. We are making several changes to how we operate to minimise the risk of Coronavirus spreading on our parks and to protect our guests and team members.
- Implement social distancing measures to ensure we maintain 2 metre distancing including:
- A one-way system around parks
- A clear sign posted way in, and a separate way out, of our buildings to ensure you can stay 2m apart from everyone else
- Provide easily understandable and visible markers around park so that you can clearly see where you need to go
- Introduce an enhanced, reception-less check-in
- Prior to your arrival, you will receive an email advising of our new check in processes and all the information you’ll need to know
- Your welcome pack of information will be waiting in the accommodation for you
- We will be providing traffic marshals on your arrival day to assist you finding your accommodation, hand you your keys and to answer any queries
- Should you need to visit Guest Services, sneeze screens have now been introduced at all parks
- Guarantee thoroughly clean accommodation
- We will ensure that every unit of accommodation has a deep clean prior to check in
- Our team will wear disposable gloves, masks and aprons for cleaning. They will be double-bagged, stored securely for 72 hours and then thrown away
- If a guest is suspected to or is confirmed to have Coronavirus, they will be sent home and the accommodation left for 72 hours before receiving a full deep clean
- All surfaces will be cleaned with warm soapy water using a disposable cloth
