The largest area is situated in the heart of the park within easy reach of the Merlin complex and park amenities. The ‘Woodland Retreat’ is set away from the main area in a secluded meadow surrounded by nature and is a brisk walk to the main facilities for those who are looking for a more wild and rustic getaway. Sandy Balls makes the ideal setting for outdoor activities like walking in the New Forest, cycling, horse riding, kayaking, fishing or enjoying a lazy picnic with your friends and family. Camping here in the New Forest, gives you the perfect opportunity to appreciate nature. Pitches for touring and camping are charged by the day except for the peak summer period. Sandy Balls, Tattershall Lakes and Whiteclilff Bay are very popular parks with plenty of returning visitors so please do book early to avoid disappointment, especially if you wish to visit during the school holidays.

We have a range of pitches to suit every need, from fully serviced pitches, to standard pitches, and ferry-inclusive pitches to make your stay as hassle free as possible.
