A beautiful Victorian seaside resort, named ‘The Queen of the Welsh Resorts’ by the Victorians and Edwardians. There are lots to do here so it’s the perfect place for a family day out.

Enjoy a steam train ride around the Marine Lake then spend some time crabbing, visiting the museum, exploring the nature and heritage trail or in the play area. If you’re visiting over Easter you can even enjoy the Easter Egg Hunt!
The Great Orme

This world-famous site is home to a host of activities the whole family will enjoy. Take a cable car or the tramway to the top to discover some unique and rare wildlife. Follow the nature trail from the visitor centre or visit the world’s largest Bronze Age mine.

Bodafon Farm Park

Conwy Castle

One of the finest fortresses of medieval Europe. This stunning castle has two barbicans (fortified gateways), eight massive towers and a great bow-shaped hall all within its distinctive elongated shape, due in part to the narrow rocky outcrop on which the castle stands. A must see in North Wales.

Situated in Colwyn Bay and overlooking the Irish Sea, this is home to a wide range of wild and endangered animals, from bears to sea lions and spiders to snow leopards. There’s also a Jungle Adventureland for the children to enjoy and stunning gardens with botanical collections.
