A beautiful Victorian seaside resort, named ‘The Queen of the Welsh Resorts’ by the Victorians and Edwardians. There are lots to do here so it’s the perfect place for a family day out.

Enjoy a steam train ride around the Marine Lake then spend some time crabbing, visiting the museum, exploring the nature and heritage trail or in the play area. If you’re visiting over Easter you can even enjoy the Easter Egg Hunt!

One of the finest fortresses of medieval Europe. This stunning castle has two barbicans (fortified gateways), eight massive towers and a great bow-shaped hall all within its distinctive elongated shape, due in part to the narrow rocky outcrop on which the castle stands. A must see in North Wales.
