We may from time to time make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Please review these regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Away Resorts.  We reserve the right to make changes to this policy and you should check back from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes.

Our Away Resorts gift vouchers and store products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of the order we will contact you via email or phone to advise you. We may need to cancel or refund the item from your order, in which case the funds will be paid directly back to your card. Payment will be refunded to the card used to purchase the goods.

Payments for goods is to be made by Visa or Mastercard credit cards & Visa or Mastercard debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment sent in the form of cash or cheques and are not responsible for loss.

Gift Vouchers

The bearer is entitled to the value of the vouchers off an Away Resorts holiday at any one of our fantastic locations (subject to availability). The holiday booking must be in the bearer’s name; they cannot be used against a booking where the recipient is a member of a group booking.

  • You cannot use the vouchers online, so please call the park of your choice to book your holiday.
  • Please advise our Holiday Sales advisor that you have vouchers at the time of booking and be aware that the vouchers must be posted for the attention of Guest Services at the park of your choice prior to your arrival for the discount to be applied to the holiday booking. (If the vouchers are not received, the outstanding balance may be liable for payment at the time of arrival.)
  • Your holiday must be taken before the expiry date shown on the vouchers.
  • The vouchers have no cash value – no change can be given.
