Battle of Britain Memorial FlightConingsby

Visit RAF Coningsby to see some of the amazing planes used by the RAF during World War 2. They even have one of the very few air-worthy Lancaster bombers left in the world, as well as Spitfires and other planes. Some of the display is free of charge, but for a small fee you can also take the guided tour of the hangars.

Yarborough Leisure Centre, Lincoln

For some people, holidaying isn’t always about watersports, fishing, heritage and seaside jaunts. There are times when perhaps you’re visiting Lincoln that you might think you need a great facility to work out in, go swimming or something. Yarborough is a hidden gem in Lincoln, and has also been a training spot for great British Olympians!

A local landmark, Tattershall castle offers not only a great day out to visit a key part of the county’s history, but also offers commanding views of the surrounding area, including RAF Coningsby. It’s hard to say you’ve been to see us at Tattershall without also stopping by to see one of our greatest local heritage sites.

Woodside Wildlife Park, Lincoln
