85 years of Happy Holidays – how it all began

The park opened as a campsite in 1933 and was managed by one family until 2008. Ownership of Golden Sands Holiday Park was then transferred to the current family who continues to invest in the park with the aim of providing happy holidays in North Wales for all who come to stay.

The park has grown from being a campsite to offering various choices of accommodation including chalets, caravans and luxury lodges. We also provide caravans for sale at this beautiful North Wales location for those guests who can’t bear to stay away.

Fabulous facilities

We continue to invest each year in our facilities so that guests can enjoy their holiday both on and off the Park. To celebrate our birthday this year we have made some wonderful new enhancements including:
