Away Resorts are also licensed Credit Brokers and, subject to your personal circumstances, we can put you in touch with specialist lenders in the field.

Something to keep in mind if you are interested in subletting you holiday home is that most people enjoy holidays over the bank holiday weekends and during the school holidays. So if you’re able to keep these peak periods relatively free for letting, your chances of success increases!
